Welcome to samamenang. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and samamenang ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the samamenang platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.

1Acceptance of Terms

By using the samamenang platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines we may publish from time to time. This agreement takes effect from the date you first access the platform or register an account — whichever comes first.

A wagering requirement is a condition that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. • Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the samamenang platform after any changes to the Terms take effect will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the changes come into effect.
